How to read this index
Public discussion from Reddit opening posts and Instagram comments. Collection snapshot: 2026-10-17. Scores require ten distinct sources with a directional opinion, in one scope and on one platform. This is a small convenience sample, not a survey of beverage drinkers.
How the index works
100 × (positive + 0.5 × mixed) / (positive + mixed + negative). Neutral observations are excluded from the score. At least 10 distinct directional sources are required per displayed scope and platform: distinct opening posts on Reddit, distinct comments on Instagram. Duplicate sources count once. Product evidence is never added to a brand score. Reddit and Instagram are never combined into one score.
Coverage and confidence
Reddit: selected public opening posts, no comments. Instagram: the first top-level comments shown on a small set of brand-owned posts, with vague, emoji-only and campaign-only reactions left out at capture, no replies. Fans are more likely to comment on a brand’s own post, so Instagram results lean positive by design. No automatic ingestion, population confidence intervals or trend claims. Publication dates can be unresolved on Reddit; observation date means date checked, not date posted.
